Genevieve is a handmade by wedding dress hot off the sewing machine! The dress is constructed with embroidered chiffon and faille fabric. The overlay is chiffon with small pink, green and maroon flowers embroidered into fabric. The bodice is fully lined and boned and has grommets on both sides to lace the front up. The underskirt is faille fabric and is shown with a petticoat under it (not included). The sleeves have multiple layers of white lace and are adorned with tiny green bow in back. The modesty panel is boned and embroidered with pink and maroon flowers. The faille skirt is a simple design. ties in the back and has a very small hem (permanent hem is not sewn so the buyer can hem to their length), Small shoulder pads are in the shoulder to give the bodice form. The corset lacing is a gauzy cotton ribbon. This 18th century design is still relevant today. This dress is designed to fit several sizes from a 4 to an 8. Measurements: on the size 6 dress form Bust=35 inches waist-28 inches sleeves-19 inches shoulder to shoulder -15 inches top overskirt is 39 inches from the WAIST. Length of underskirt-54 inches from NECKLINE and can be hemmed to any length.
